Shipping policy

At The Wave Lights our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed by our team, for dispatch within 24-72 hours after the order is placed. Our fulfillment is handled in house from our Texas based warehouse.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 16–24 business days. US orders between $21 and $32 are shipped via USPS First Class Package, which is a US Postal Service Product, for the cost of $3.96. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 3-5 days to arrive at their destination. US orders between $33 to $59 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which is a US Postal Service product, for the cost of $8.96. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 4 days to arrive at their destination. US orders for items under $20, are shipped for free via USPS First Class Postage, which is a US Postal Service Product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 4-7 days to arrive at their destination. Any orders over $60 are shipped for free via USPS Priority Mail which is a US Postal Service Product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 2-4 days to arrive at their destination.
